Zat.ink provides URL shortening, branded link services, traffic analytics, QR code generation, audience targeting, link retargeting, link privacy options, and related functionalities. These Services enable users to shorten long web URLs, manage their links, and monitor link performance through analytics. Zat.ink reserves the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any part of its Services at any time without prior notice.
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of Zat.ink, you are solely responsible for the content, data, and URLs you shorten and share using our platform. You agree to use the Services in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the Services to transmit, distribute, or store material that could be deemed unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. It is your duty to ensure that your use of the Services does not infringe upon the rights of third parties or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
4. Prohibited Content and Use
Zat.ink strictly prohibits users from using its Services for any unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes. You agree not to:
Create or share links associated with malware, viruses, or malicious code.
Shorten URLs leading to sexually explicit, violent, hateful, racist, or defamatory content.
Participate in phishing, spamming, or other fraudulent activities.
Distribute or promote unauthorized copyrighted content or materials.
Share content related to child exploitation, terrorism, extremism, or hate speech.
Engage in fraudulent financial schemes or unlicensed medical advice distribution.
Use Zat.ink to impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization.
If any content you share through Zat.ink violates these prohibitions, your account may be suspended, and the offending URLs will be removed immediately without notice.
5. Account Management
Certain features of Zat.ink may require you to register an account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Zat.ink will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.
6. Link Removal and Suspension
Zat.ink reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disable, remove, or restrict access to any shortened URL created through our Services if we determine that the content linked violates these Terms or any applicable law. Additionally, we may suspend or terminate user accounts for repeated or serious violations of our Terms. Zat.ink is not obligated to provide prior notice or justification for the removal or suspension of content or accounts.
7. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and intellectual property available through the Services are the exclusive property of Zat.ink or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and we may remove or deactivate any URLs or accounts associated with you. Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on the Zat.ink website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Continued use of the Services following any modifications constitutes acceptance of those changes.
13. Payments and Subscription Services
Certain Services provided by Zat.ink are subject to payment, including premium features or plans. Payment for these Services must be made in advance and will be processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By making a payment, you agree to abide by Stripe’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Zat.ink does not store your payment card details. 14. Fraudulent Transactions
Zat.ink takes fraudulent transactions seriously. Users are prohibited from using stolen or unauthorized credit/debit cards, engaging in unauthorized chargebacks, or committing financial fraud through our platform. In cases of suspected or confirmed fraudulent transactions:
The associated account will be immediately suspended or terminated without notice.
Any links associated with the account will be disabled or deleted.
Zat.ink reserves the right to report fraudulent transactions to Stripe, financial institutions, and local authorities.
No refunds will be provided for accounts involved in fraudulent activities.
The user will be solely responsible for any financial or legal consequences arising from fraudulent transactions conducted through their account.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes or claims arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
